A typical part might be laser cut, folded, welded to a second part and then kitted with others for the build. At Kaizen all of that happens on one site, so you deal with one supplier, one lead time and one invoice instead of chasing parts between a profiler, a folder and a welder.
We make one-off parts for small workshops and regular repeat batches for larger manufacturers, and both get the same attention.
Our 8kW Trumpf fibre laser runs alongside a Trumpf CO2 laser, giving us more than 350 hours of cutting time every week.
We hold S275 and S355 carbon steel, wear plate and 304 and 316 stainless in stock, so a lot of work can go straight onto the machine. Where the job allows, we can turn parts round for same-day or next-day delivery or collection. More about our laser cutting service.
Typical jobs include machine frames and base plates, guards and covers, brackets and mounting plates, enclosure and cabinet panels, gussets and flanges, and replacement wear parts. If a part is likely to repeat, tell us when you enquire and we’ll quote for the first run and for ongoing supply.
